" kitty, what are you doing in daze? Sit down quickly food will get cold soon". Her mother beckoned her.

After singing birthday song and blowing out the candles she finally felt like celebrating her birthday, because elders of both the sides cared and greeted her eagerly her mood finally improved.

But soon elderly people's attention shifted to Jia as she was left in cold, she watched sulking as elders teaser her daughter.

Just as dinner was coming to end Arjun's phone rang, he raised his looked at shravya saying " Today there's alumni reunion next to our private hall I will greet them and be back soon, okay?.

He then excused himself from dining table, she recently heard some gossip about Arjun's first love in university alumni, saying they were so~ in love back then, but don't why they broke up. She lost her appetite hearing that.

Elders topics revolved around some boring topics so she excused herself to go to washroom to touch up her makeup, the restaurant is luxuriously decorated even washroom is so exquisite. She sighed 'its good to be rich'.

Just as she combed her and picked out lipstick from bag to apply, a woman come out one of cabinet, meeting face to face in the mirror, she was not too familiar with the woman but has see once in Arjun's company and  he basically doesn't have too much contact wIth women unnecessarily so she have deep impression of this woman.

Just as she was observing, Preeti was also observing her, even though Shravya hadn't worn any makeup and just wearing simple dress, her facial features were too dazzling, and her skin without any blemishes, most importantly her eyes they are so pure as child's eyes, and can instantly attract anyone.

It's not too difficult accept the fact that Arjun who was so high left the altar and fell in love with this woman.

" Long time no see, in the reunion Arjun said today's your birthday, Happy birthday to you." She thanked her graciously "thank you, it's nice to meet you too" she smiled at her.

Just as she was about to continue applying lipstick Preeti continued "I remember Arjun didn't like girls wearing lipstick", she then gasped as though appearing to slip her words " sorry I didn't mean anything".

Shravya finally couldn't stand the atmosphere and excused herself from there, although she knew Preeti was provoking her out of nothing, things between her and Arjun are foregone conclusions.

She still felt like walking on pins and needles, life is like that sometimes emotions prevail rationality, further determining her will to separate from Arjun.

Unexpectedly Arjun has already returned from reunion is now taking of Jia wiping her hands and mouth.

Shravya's mother reprimanded her "why did you take so long to come back? It's not manners to be absent from dinner as elders are waiting for you".

Shravya was very wronged " it's obvious that you left me aside, and are busy gossiping vigorously now you are blaming me" she pouted as she sat beside her mother-in-lae Asking for help.

" It's just five minutes, beside you haven't seen her for three months, now you are reprimanding her she will feel wronged". Her mother-in-law helped her speak as she hugged her arms.

"Still my mother-in-law is the one that loves me the most, you will start scolding as soon as you saw me, sometimes I doubt I must not be your own".

Sunita feigned her anger as she said "you have no conscience who was the who wiped your snot and saliva when you were dirty, now that you have your mother-in-law you forgot your mother right?.

Shravya snorted and peeked at her mother secretly, Sunita finally couldn't stand her funny expressions " still same as child, relying on her everyone's doting on you, poor Arjun he has to tolerate your bad temper". Everyone laughed and  she puffed up her cheeks angrily, thinking she is beautiful like fairy that's his good luck for eight life times that she married him.

Are all the mother's same? Discrediting there daughters as soon as they have son-in-law.

Still shravya's mood become good and appetite also come back " mom~ I am still hungry shall I eat ice-cream?". She begged her mom pitifully as her mom always rejected her eating ice-cream in night, Arjun used to secretly buy her if acts like baby in his arms.

But now she's upset with him, she can only ask her mother, it's not that she can't buy it if mother caught her stealing icecream consequences won't be that good, because she is easily feverish after eating ice-cream in night.

"No, don't even think about it" and continued "nowadays girls don't they go on diets? Be carefull you become fat".

Before she could react, Jia in Arjun's arms started weeping elders startled not knowing why she suddenly started crying.

Shravya explained " she thinks people after becoming fat they will explode and die like balloon explodes after expanding".

Elders couldn't laugh or cry " juju please don't cry, grandma is sorry for you I won't say anything like that again" Sunita coaxed her granddaughter as she pinky promised her.

Jia stopped crying and soon slept in Sunita's arms " kitty, your dad and I miss juju so much these days, let her stay with us for two days?".

Shravya's couldn't say 'No' to her expectant mother's eyes so said " ok, but please call me when she cries".

Sunita happily carried her precious grand daughter into Car bidding farewell.

Shravya watched both the family's elders leaving before getting into the car.
